This week, Hillycroft Fisheries’ owner, Rafael Chandler was interviewed by Florigo, one of the leading frying range manufacturers.

As one of their training course tutors, and owner of Hillycroft, they wanted to find out what Raf considered to be the most important factors are when running a fish and chip shop, how he first got into the industry and what his greatest achievement is (so far).
