To celebrate Hillycroft Fisheries obtaining the Quality Award from the National Federation of Fish Friers (NFFF), we will be holding a Charity Fun Day on Wednesday 20th March 2019 to raise funds for Sue Ryder Wheatfields Hospice in Leeds.

Fish and chips will be discounted to only £5.00 per portion throughout the day, with £2.00 from every portion sold being donated to Wheatfields. Hillycroft Fisheries will also be offering all of its customers the chance to win free fish and chips for a year. Yes, that’s one portion of regular fish and chip every week for a whole year. There are also three prizes of a meal for two voucher which includes two regular portions of haddock and chips and your choice of two sides. Delicious! To enter simple go to www.hillycroftfisheries.co.uk/win and fill in your details.

The charity day is being supported by Jamie Peacock MBE, who strongly supports Wheatfields by doing various charity events to raise funds for them throughout the year. Jamie will be making an appearance to formerly present Hillycroft Fisheries with the Quality Award on the day, and who knows you may even get your portion of fish and chips served by the Rugby League Legend himself!

Rafael Chandler owner of Hillycroft Fisheries said, “I am honoured to be in a position where myself and my team can support this great charity which helps so many people throughout this great city. I would like to thank my team for all their hard work and efforts in helping organise this event and thank our customers for their support. Please spread the word about the day so we are able to raise as much money as possible on the day.”
